All content on this site, including the "Advica Shield" branding, proprietary methodologies, code, and "Logic Hub" descriptions, is the exclusive property of Advica AI Solutions Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view the content for personal or internal business purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of AI Tools & Consultancy Services

Nature of Advice

All information, tools, and calculators provided on this site are for general informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, technical, or financial advice.

Formal Engagement

No binding professional services agreement exists until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is signed by both parties.

AI Disclosure

Advica may utilise third-party AI tools in the delivery of its services. Clients acknowledge that while we take reasonable measures to ensure data security, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or data policies of those third-party providers.

4. Data Protection & GDPR

Advica is committed to compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Client Data

Any personal or sensitive business data provided to us during an engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients must ensure they have all necessary rights and consents to provide such data to Advica for the purpose of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer

Advica strives to provide accurate insights, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of any tools or calculations.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Advica AI Solutions Ltd’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our services whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Advica in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indirect Loss

Advica shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, data, or operational efficiency, arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Force Majeure

Advica shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, third-party AI platform outages, internet infrastructure failure, or software malfunctions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim.
