3.1. Clients purchasing a defined Advica AI Discovery Sprint or Technical Scoping Phase acquire ownership of the final delivered architectural blueprints and functional specifications only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.

3.2. Third-Party Development Disclaimer: Discovery Sprint documentation is engineered specifically for execution within Advica AI’s delivery architectures. Advica AI provides no warranty or guarantee that third-party development agencies will accept, interpret, or execute these specifications without requiring their own independent scoping. Advica AI accepts zero liability for third-party implementation failures, code defects, or scope overruns.

3.3. Data & File Purging: Following final delivery and formal sign-off of Discovery Sprint assets, Advica AI reserves the right to archive or purge active sprint files in accordance with internal retention policies. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining local, encrypted backups of all delivered assets.

4. Commercial Technology Financing Introductions (FCA Disclaimer)

4.1. To assist corporate clients in managing capital expenditure, Advica AI Solutions Ltd may, from time to time, introduce corporate clients to independent, third-party commercial asset leasing and technology financing providers.

4.2. Regulatory & Non-Advisory Notice:

• Advica AI Solutions Ltd is not an FCA-authorised credit broker, financial adviser, lender, or credit intermediary.
• Advica AI provides no financial advice, investment recommendations, or credit evaluation.
• Financing options are available strictly to incorporated corporate entities (UK Limited Companies, PLCs, and LLPs) possessing a verified minimum trading history and positive balance sheet. No consumer credit or unincorporated partnership lending is facilitated.

4.3. Any lease, loan, or OpEx structuring is agreed strictly between the client and the independent underwriting financier. Advica AI accepts no responsibility for lender approval, credit rejections, interest rates, or leasing terms. In the event financing is declined, development projects revert to milestone-based capital billing terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, system designs, graphics, code examples, and text displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Advica AI Solutions Ltd and its licensors.
